John Barrowman surprises more deserving members of the public and makes their dreams come true in the final show of the series.

The dream of a young cancer survivor comes true as she takes to the stage with pop songstress Paloma Faith. A paramedic who has raised thousands for a charity which makes sick children's dreams come true sees his own dream fulfilled as he goes into the ring with his hero, world boxing champion David Haye.

An inspirational teacher whose wish is to perform a classic song and dance number from her favourite musical gets the surprise of her life when John breaks the news to her in her local drive-through takeaway that she's going to be performing with the cast of hit West End show Chicago.

And a deserving member of the studio audience is taken aback to find that John is going to dedicate a song especially to them.

It's a night full of surprises and magical moments as dreams come true for some very special people.
