Gary Lineker presents live coverage as the Group E winners come face to face with the Group F runners-up in Durban.
The winners move on to a quarter-final clash in Port Elizabeth on Sunday, while the losers are eliminated. If the game ends level after 90 minutes a period of 30 minutes extra time will be played. If the score still remains level, the game will be decided by the dreaded penalty kick shoot-out.
Match Of The Day Live is simulcast on the BBC HD channel – the BBC's High Definition channel, available through Freesat 108, Freeview 50, Sky 143 and Virgin 108.
Colin Murray presents highlights of two more 2010 FIFA World Cup last 16 matches.
Earlier today the winners of Group E played the runners up of Group F, while the Group G winners, the so called Group of Death, were up against the runners up of Group H. A place in the last eight awaited the winners, with only heartache on offer for the two defeated sides. Once again the prospect of extra time and potential penalty kicks decide the matches should the scores be level after 90 minutes.
