Boyzone took over GMTV this morning – helping presenters Andrew Castle and Kate Garraway with the regular fashion, weather, film and TV reports.
Since breaking out on the music scene, the Irish lads have performed on GMTV an amazing 14 times. Today they sang their classic single No Matter What – the track most requested by the GMTV viewers.
As Stephen Gately checked out the latest fashion trends, and Keith Duffy got to grips with modelling clothes on the catwalk, Shane Lynch gave GMTV’s Clare Nasir a helping hand with the weather.
Offering his expert advice for the summer weather ahead, Shane said: “They do say it’s going to be a fierce good summer this year so my advice is to get down to your local DIY store and get your fan in early.”
Giving Shane a hug, Clare Nasir said: “This is just great – I could get used to this,” adding, “Oh God, you’re just gorgeous.”
Looking forward to the weekend’s top telly picks with Richard Arnold, Ronan Keating admitted he’s a huge fan of Britain’s Got Talent father and son duo 'Stavros Flatley' - calling them ‘brilliant’. He said: “Honestly, we’re in rehearsals at the moment so we’re on YouTube a lot at lunch time – and this makes us laugh every time. It’s genius.”
Mikey Graham offered his view on the latest Tom Hanks movie, Angels and Demons, but warned viewers of its length, saying: “It’s about two and half hours long so you want to visit a bathroom before you sit down”
