New breakfast presenter for Radio Swindon

Chris Warburton is the new host of BBC Radio Swindon's Breakfast programme and launches with his first show on Monday 17 November from 6.00 to 9.00am on 103.6 FM.

Chris is raring to start entertaining and informing listeners from Old Town to Haydon Wick.

He says: "I can't wait to get started. I love hearing people's stories and I like asking the questions I think people deserve the answers too.

"And it goes without saying that we'll be having a laugh and playing some decent music to set you up for the day."

After qualifying as a journalist, Chris worked as a producer, reporter and presenter for the BBC in Cambridge.

Then he moved into national radio, working for BBC Radio 5 Live as a producer and reporter.
