BBC Two · Highlights · 31 Mar 2011 · by: BBC

Goldie's chosen group are developing their composing and performance skills ahead of the concert at Buckingham Palace, as the series showcasing the exciting talent of 12 young musicians continues.

Goldie selected the 12 after embarking on a personal nationwide search. Their talent and passion for music is at the centre of their lives and they have strived to overcome difficult circumstances for the opportunity to flourish.

They are given the opportunity to learn and train with intensive masterclasses and workshops under the guidance of some of the best names in the business – mentors and industry experts including composer Guy Chambers, singer and rapper Ms Dynamite, jazz artist Soweto Kinch and singer/songwriter Cerys Matthews.

The specially chosen group will perform at Buckingham Palace in the presence of guest of honour Prince Harry, as the grand finale of Goldie's mentoring programme.
