Peaches Geldof is set to prove that there’s far more to her than tabloid headlines as she takes on the notoriously unforgiving publishing world by launching, and editing, her own magazine.

MTV follows the high-profile party girl as she seeks to become a contender in the fiercely competitive magazine world. The hitch is that Peaches has just five weeks to develop her achingly cool new alternative publication “Disappear Here”. In a bid to produce her own answer to glossy mainstream media, she will be assisted by an eclectic mix of London wanabee journalists who she is relying on to help develop a magazine that needs to impress some of the UK’s most successful publishing houses. Peaches also takes on the unenviable task of securing financial backing for this project – will her unique powers of persuasion be enough or will she resort to her little black book of wealthy celeb friends?

Lads mag legend, James Brown is Peaches mentor throughout this stormy process. On hand to offer his insider expertise and to guide her through the possible pitfalls of the media landscape. Peaches is a force to be reckoned with and soon lets her unsuspecting editorial staff know what is expected of them. The message to all she deals with is clear from the start -it’s Peaches way or the highway. Inevitably, it is not long before there are clashes and run-ins between Peaches and her creative and enthusiastic team.
